Site Measures and As-builts

A comprehensive site measure of the affected area with will be drawn up in a detailed CAD format. These drawings can be used for anything, from house listings to building consent plans.

Concept Design

Transferring the ideas discussed on site to a visual 3D plan where you’ll have a better feel of the final design before proceeding further. This will be the point where we will suggest and advise to provide you with the best possible design outcome.

Developed Design

Once concepts have been approved, we will work to finalise the overall set of plans and material selection, this could include site plans, elevations, drainage and sections.

Resource Consent (RC)

If a RC is required, then all the necessary documents and drawings will be compiled. Generally this includes an Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) report, RC plans, council forms, council meetings and lodgement.

Detailed Designs

Drawings that meet the buildability and building code standards which is acceptable by council and that of which builders will ultimately work off.

Building Consent into Council

We submit all of the necessary drawings and plans to council to get the building consent approved.
